Buy in # 1, accumulate either 200 double unders or 600 singles. Partners break them up however they choose but must all be either doubles or all singles.
Then
Buy in number 2
Partner 1 does a round of
5 push-ups
10 squats
15 sit-ups
Partner 2 does a round of
5 push-ups
10 squats
15 sit-ups
Continue switching back and forth until 10 rounds are complete (5 per partner)
Then, with remaining time row as many calories as possible. Partners break up the work however they choose
