At top of each minute complete:
4 thrusters 75/55
4 burpees
4 pull-ups
Rest remaining time in that minute. Repeat each minute until you complete all 9 rounds.
If you need more than a minute, work into the next minute but you must wait until top of following minute to begin next round.
If you run out of time, add 1 sec per unfinished rep to 16 minutes for score.
