vest – 20/15 sled – 180/90
When both are done, split up 40 GHDs
Then, while Partner A does 20 KB goblet squats, Partner B planks then switch 53/35
Then split up 10 ball wall-overs 40/30
Note: Ball wall-over begins with hoisting the ball up and over the wall then athlete gets up and over the wall. Equals one rep. 60"/48"
