Events
This will be a one day event starting at 8:00am with a athlete briefing. After the briefing of the WoDs we will start WoD 1.
Awards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each event
Wod #1
“Heavy is as heavy does!”
10:00 to find a one rep max snatch, followed by a one rep max clean and jerk.
Snatch first, after going to CNJ, athlete may not go back to snatch.
Wod #2
“Be afraid of the chipper”
3 Rounds of:
1:00 wallballs (20/14)
1:00 kb swings (2/1.5)
1:00 box jumps (30/24)
1:00 double unders
1:00 rest
Score is total reps all 3 rounds.
Wod #3
“Pull-up-a-pa-looza”
Scoring:
Ring muscle up=6
Bar muscle up=4
Chest to Bar PU=2
Pull up=1
Toes to Bar=1/2
Wod will consist of
1:00 max reps
1:00 rest
1:00 max reps
1:00 rest
1:00 max reps
1:00 rest
1 mile run.
Athlete may perform any of the above movements for scoring and may switch at any time. Athlete must inform judge what movement is being done prior to attempt. No partial credit will be given, only a completed movement will be scored. For example, if athlete attempts a bar muscle up and does not complete rep, no credit will be given for a C2B pull up.
