CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.
8 Classes Monday – Friday
We offer many classes throughout the day. Monday – Friday our classes start at 5am and the last class of day starting at 6:30pm. Each class is one hour long and covers skill, Workout of the Day and an Extra Credit workout. Our Saturday we offer two classes at 8am and 9am.

At CrossFit Siloam Springs we have a team of coaches to help you with any goal you have. Let them help you with your fitness goals as well as nutrition and sport training. Each one of our coaches has unique background specializing in many different sports.
Shelby has always enjoyed being physically active. He has participated in several sports, including cross country, basketball and track. He joined CrossFit Siloam Springs in January 2013 and was immediately excited by how it changed him physically and mentally. He has a special passion for, and excels at Olympic lifting and gymnastics movements. He loves to help others
Liz is a CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Kids, and CrossFit Rowing Trainer with a heart for helping others reach their goals. She has a background in endurance running, and has completed endurance races including 50 mile ultra-marathons, marathons, long distance trail runs, and half-marathons. As a coach, she has prepared groups to compete in half marathons and
Jonna is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. When she joined CFSS in 2013 she never dreamed she would one day become a coach. After years of blood, sweat, and tears she has transformed herself into an athlete and now she wants to share what she has learned with others. Before CrossFit she would run 5ks
Leah grew up playing multiple sports, including basketball, soccer, swimming, and cross country. She also had the opportunity to play collegiate soccer at a small university in southern Arkansas. After college, she joined CFSS as a way to stay in shape and satisfy her extreme competitiveness. She quickly discovered her slight obsession with Crossfit and
David is a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer and has been training and competing in CrossFit since 2012. Growing up David was a multisport athlete competing in baseball, track, basketball and football. After high school he attended Missouri State University on a football scholarship. After college, he was looking for something to keep his competitive spirit
Marci is a CrossFit Level 1 and CrossFit Kids Trainer, a position she never dreamed of attaining. Since joining CrossFit Siloam Springs in January 2013, she has watched herself become confident and empowered, both physically and mentally. Rob is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer whose competitive background includes football, powerlifting, and CrossFit. He leads by example, giving his all in his workouts and encouraging others to follow suit. Rob has a good understanding of nutrition for athletes and loves to lift heavy…..often.
