Female: 95, 105, 125, 145, 165, 185, 205
Male: 145, 165, 205, 245, 285, 325, 345, 365
8 bars will be preloaded, on 3-2-1 go you and your partner will approach the bar and within 1 minute each partner will each deadlift 5 consecutive reps.
